Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must be undamaged and in the same condition as when it was received.

Please note that we will only process refunds for products that are returned to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@lightaccents.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
